Ooh Sis, I Felt That.TM_
--------The Practice

For Black women who know it's time to move differently- even if they can't explain it yet.

Take off your shoes and stay awhile.

Ooh Sis, I Felt That. TM- The Practice is a space for Black women who are tired of holding it together everywhere else.

This isn't about fixing yourself.
And it's definitely not about pretending you're fine.

This is where you get to slow down long enough to hear yourself again.

Some days you'll come in just to breathe.
Some days you'll write.
Some days you'll realize, "Oh...that's what that was."

Here, we pause before reacting.
We tell the truth without making it prettier.
We stop abandoning ourselves just to keep the peace.

No pressure.
No performance.
No explaining required.

This is grown-woman work, and you don't have to do it alone.

Community

A place to talk honestly and listen without pressure. Some days you'll share. Some days you'll just read.
Some days you'll say, "Ooh, I felt that."
Not performing.
Not explaining.

Live classes

Live, virtual gatherings where we slow things down and talk through real life-boundaries, reactions, and staying grounded.
Camera on or off.
Come as you are.

Workbooks

Short, self-paced guides you can return to when you need clarity or language for what you're feeling.
No homework.
No overwhelm.
Just something steady to sit with.

Go from overreacting to responding
This practice helps you slow the moment down, get clear, and choose how you want to move.
Not perfect.
Just honestly.

If this feels familiar, you're in the right place.

You don't have to figure evrything out before you begin.
You just have to start where you are.
